Basin electric offers scholarships for dependent children of employees of basin electric and its subsidiaries who are in college or will be entering college in the fall. Basin electric power cooperative has established a scholarship program to assist children of employees who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. To be eligible the student must be currently in college or entering college in fall 2019.

More than 180 students in the region are getting a boost in their college fund for the 2019 2020 school year thanks to basin electric power cooperative s scholarship program.

Twenty five 1 000 scholarships go to children of basin electric or its subsidiary employees. With this application students need to have maintained at least a 3 8 grade point average.
